Our diagnostic process:
Once we receive a computer we perform a full diagnostic to uncover any and all issues that are present or that may present a problem in the near future. Our trained technicians perform a full hardware and software diagnostic (a process that takes about three hours), and then present you with various repair options.
In some cases, it may not be cost effective to repair a machine, or it may make sense to attempt to repair a piece of hardware, versus replacing the entire component. We offer creative repairs and flat rate pricing that works within your budget.
